Hey i just got a Nissan turbo from someone on here and i don't know what size it is.. he said .60/.63 but i just wanna confirm that... my other friend said its either a T3 or T3/T4... also whats the stock actuated psi on this turbo? let me know

If the turbo is from the mid 80's it's a t3 & stock psi is 6.5. I have the same turbo for my 99'si. If you search the forum you'll see I posted the question about the stock psi on the wg earlier this week.

 

I found the answer to the wg psi in a 300zx forum.

sorry to ask so many questions but whats the peak efficiency range for psi this turbo can produce?

also about where would this turbo reach full boost on a D16.. just wondering so i have some kind of an idea.

My IHI RHB5 flattened out after 5500 rpms so thats why i went bigger than that.. hoping this turbo can boost wayyy pass my redline.. 6800..

 

That turbo should be plenty big enough to not flatten out on your dseries. When it reaches full boost depends on how much boost you plan to run.

 

HUmmmm....I never even thought of this turbo I know someone whose swapping motors....I might see if I can get his old turbo...
