Default Night & Day difference with HACK

I installed DSM 450's today and did the AFC tunning, -38 accross the board, and DAME...the car is SO much better, it runs smoother, it lost alot of traction in second and a little in third.. you cant even feel when the turbo spools, it is just faster across the whole RPM range.

to anyone out there using a FMU, THROW IT AWAY, and get 450's with a piggy back HACK, it is alot easier and safer, and runs alot smother.

too bad that with the hack you have no ignition management. can you say detonation? can you say "retarded base timing to prevent detonation and kill the low wend"

get a MSD BTM, or chip the ECU

thought of that already, i retarded the timing 10 degrees,
the day i installed the turbo kit,
--------------------

Dame, i heard all about the hack, and how the FMU is shyt, but never dream of how much of a difference it is.
all i can say is from here on, i will NEVER use an FMU again.
-------------------

i am currently reading up on chipping ECU's,

--------
with all the traction problems i am havving i am surely going to burn out my STOCK CLUTCH.
so next on the list is a stage 3 or 4 clutch set.
