NGK Colder Plugs?
Can anybody explain the difference between a colder plug and the stock ones. I know they help prevent knock/detenation, but how?
AND does anybody know the part #, preferably NGK's seeming as they are some of the best plugs.

Theoritically colder plugs, don't release as hot of a spark. This is usually necessary under extreme turbo boost, because your air is already hot enough on its own that the plug itself doesn't need to be burning so hot. So in turn you have less additional heat in the cylinder, and less chance for detonation
I never had luck finding colder plugs for a Honda, so I ended up just purchasing a set of ZEX plugs (they're meant for nitrous applications) but they are sworn to run 2 steps colder then factory plugs.
