Newbie needs help
 
Hey guys I need help putting a turbo kit together. Im looking to peace the kit part by part from ebay. This will go on a B16A2 00'. What do you need?

- turbo
- oil lines
- manifold
- injectors
- fuel manager
- downpipe
- charglines
- misc. gaskets

My next question is how do you know what can be with what? Can I buy all different brand named parts ie. Greddy, Garett? Theres gotta be a thread on this..

lol yes.. Thanks guys. I got some extra cash lying aroud so I thought about putting together something cheap.. More and more reading leads me to the conclusion that it IS a little more expensive that I thought.

For a stock B16A 00' motor. I really like small turbos for their convenient anytime power. However I've been reading that for a B16A nothing less than a t3/t4 setup is ideal for the high-reving breathing engines. Is it a mistake to go with a small T28, T3 etc? I know the turbo will run out of breath while reaching redline, but I dont feel comfortable taking a t3/t4 up to redline on a stock B16.... How can you make a small turbo setup efficient?

the smaller turbo's simply will not supply enough cfm (volume of air) that the b16 will need to breath, if it was mine I would go with the t3/t4
