newbie help question t25 or t3?

is it worth installing a t25 on my daily driven 95 teg gsr or should i go t3? how much is the power difference between those two? any info will be appreciated. thank you.

a t-25 is a t3. Just all depends on what a/r they are and if you want it to spool faster and dye down in lower rpms or have more lag and spool all the way to redline!
