Default New T25 or rebuild?

I put a homemade turbo kit on my 95 ex with 1.6 sohc vtec using a t25 i bought used. It worked great for 2 days then the turbo broke (smoking bad). I was told the seals need to be replaced. A local place charges $300 for a rebuild, is that a fair price? Does anyone know where I can get a cheap but good t25?

Thanks

What is good condition? It won't smoke right away will it? I will give you $225 shipping included.

Remember a 14b is also an option for you, if you cannot find a T-25.. The 14b flows alot more than the small T-25, and are easier to find.
