you def need a tune stop taking it too 9k imeddiatley .. basemaps plus 9k equal blown motor .. prolly doesnt pull becouse its a basemap..

Thanks, definitely good to know I'm going to schedule with J evans tommorow, last I heard he's booked until mid october but theres a lot of small things I need to fix still and make look better. Slow cruises and garage time for now.....

I'll keep that in mind. I'm not suprised by this but when I moved it from the back of my property into the garage it misfired/broke up real bad on the way and then once at the garage left it running and unplugged each plug wire to find that #2 made no difference.

Any surefire way of telling whether vtec is engaging or not without going by soundand feel? I haven't had any luck on this....

try 3rd gear pulls from a low rpm till you hear vtec kick over. thats how usually do it.

No really? :P But seriously its hard for me to tell if its engaging with the turbo giving similiar characteristics, if you don't get it just watch the video I posted the link to above.

Spun second gear down my road today, thanks for all the support. Another fast turbo gen 1 crx on the road
