Really though, when your WG opens... things should drop. Is that Line to the WG that I see coming right off the compressor housing? and going to the correct port on the WG? Its not run to the top port and holding the WG closed is it?
That gate also looks like a DeltaGate?(aka: deltacreep)... they seem to have boost controlling issues on some peoples setups.

I must have done somthing wrong.yeah i have heard about the delta creeps I will be upgrading soon.
That line is going into the side of the wastegate from a boost controller and out to the side of the compressor housing.

Try running from the Comp housing straight into the WG, try to rule out the boost controller as the problem.
When you do the compression test,
pull the ecu fuse
pull all sparkplugs
Put comp tester into a cylinder
when you crank it, put the pedal to the floor (WOT)
... repeat steps 3 and 4.
