New custom home made twin charged kit....

Re: New custom home made twin charged kit....
did you get it dynoed? cuz when i just had the supercharger my buddy had the exact same setup... i had a few more things but he dynoed at 205whp @ 5psi on the GM supercharger with no cooling units... and Superchargers make less power per PSI.... and when i was running just the supercharger i never felt my injectors max out and i got up to 9psi on the supercharger with alcohol injection
Now with the turbo added in i can actually feel the injectors maxing out at around 5-6psi into the engine.... and with all the calculations i have done... and double checked on the RC web site... for the 310cc injectors i have in... they will max out around 220-230whp... so that means at 5-6psi i am already hitting 220hp... so i am pretty sure 5psi more will make more then 10-20hp.... i will try to find some dyno sheets to put up on here though... so its not all just talk... cuz i know its hard to believe some people some times...

So i am now in the proses work working with the By pass to have it go as normal so i build boost instantly like normal with the s/c'er but have it open back up after a set boost level so that i dont get any more heat from the s/c'er and then it would be all turbo for the top end....
Did you read the twincharge article and test that Turbo mag did on the mr6? The s/c was set for 5ish psi but was left in the airflow with the turbo blowing into it. It still contributed to the power. Something along the lines of it doesn't car what the pressure of the air coming into is, it just boosts it up 5 psi if that's what it's pullied to. (I know that's a very vague description). Anyway excellent job.

trust me i know what horsepower feels like. and petes car on 10 psi wasnt close to 280whp.
my last setup im my gsr was 282whp and it woulda skull fucked his cavalier hardcore.
ive had a 250ish whp built d series hatch and his car wasnt even as fast as that thing was.
cavys make tq which gives you the false feeling that it may actually be making power.
its not talk.
