Default New Boost Goals

Hey all , i was planning on running a setup as follows...

stock d16z6
STD manifold
dsm t25 turbo (2g)
dsm 450's
front mount ic
chipped ecu with ectune
walboro 255

i was looking to make something around 250whp with this setup ~12 psi. I fell into some extra cash and want to do a wiesco and egle bottom end. My question mainly is what will need to be upgraded to push the boost further to make somthing around 300 to 350 whp? i know i will need injectors, somthing neer 750 correct? Idk if i will need a larger fuel pump. Will the t25 be able to produce boost levels needed for those horsepower goals? I will be leaving the head stock and know the block can def. take what im trying to throw at it. What do you guys think? any other suggestions on what to get, what ill need , and differences going to this horsepower level? All info is appreciated! THANKS!

no if you want a cheap 300hp z6 you need to go to the local junkyard and find an old jaguar V12 take the pistons out of that (well just 4 of course) they are pleny strong for upto ~500. then you get the rods from a 1922 ford model A. if you search you can find them for like $13/rod. you need to goto autozone and get 17ft of oil line becuase you will need to mount the oiler cooler behind the rear bumper. then you will of course need a fuel pump from a ferrari testorossa from autozone(~$82.34). then put it all together and you will have more torque and horse power than you could handle

Or you could not be a dick and actually try to help someone out. i know where the search button is, i ue it often, but for what im looking for isnt all that easy to do so. maybe your an expert on how much fuel delivery a car needs for a certain amount of power but maybe not everyone is. but back to the point.

mommy and daddy aren't funding my project, and instead of bringing my car to a tuner and having the ---- not make power for what i spoent or blowing itself to ---- because i forgot one minute detail someone probably has run into already , id like to see results. After all, what else are forums for for that matter. Besides ******** flaming people when they have no knowledge themselves.

so if anyone else, with some actual input could chime in, itd be appreciated

txdohczc remind us again exactly what projects you've put together. I see you flaming away in just about every thread. He has asked a valid question. The guy probably did try the SEARCH function but here lately a lot of tech threads are being inundated with BS replies from the sorts of you. So when he does do a search all he can find are page after page of ---- just like this.

exactly. and im really only down to a single question at this point from various research and probably already know the answer. Can a t25 handle the amount of boost i want to run at 300-350 hp? Ill be running 8.5:1 pistons aproxx 16-18 is that sounds correct.

You wont see 250hp from a t25 without a decent shot of nitrous. Compressor limited horsepower dude. You can crank the boost to the moon and it wont do 250 on boost alone.

Like said before , the 2g t25 wont make the power you looking for. You gonna need some thing a bit bigger , your fuel pump will be fine. You also look into a better flowing manifold and some slightly bigger injectors ie around 550cc. Look at the members projects thread at the top of the page and you will get an idea as to what parts you gonna need make the power you want

A small 16g will do 300hp on a z6 but thats lots o boost and I wouldnt push it past that.
MHI turbos generally have turbine shafts that are too small diameter for the turbine speeds we'd like to push them to.

What are you tuning with?
