It should'nt over heat just because there's no intercooler. There's a lot of non-intercooled turbo car's from the factory and they dont over heat. Your boddy had wack tuning.

 

If I send you a sidemount will you run it. I think any intercooler is better than no intercooler. Oh by the way its Talonator1488's intercooler I would be giving away.

Intercool that thing man you could probably turn up the boost a couple psi and it would be just as safe.

I have a 1g dsm sidemount. I had it in the car, didnt like it. Throttle response seemed terrible for some reason.
I dont know if I want any more power out of a 1.5 block. I think its nearly at its limit. No sense in blowing when my spare Y7 block isnt built yet.
