Well this post went to hell quickly so time to revive it,
Got the PT6262E in and installed, but it has a 4 bolt exhaust housing and I need a Vband. Just bolted it on to look pretty for a snap shot.

Went ahead and backdoored the intercooler with location based off of"mistake" the holset H1C

Well with the new band housing on, WG bolted up and dump bolted to the WG I ran into a issue

And the issue is, is the the vertical alignment between the turbo and the port of the back door is off about 3 inches on center.
So now the intercooler tubing is going to have to snake around to fit.

And my WG dump tube now is barely touching the DP, maybe just chop that edge off, or re-route it to the drivers side wheel well opening

But I got several leftover bends now after I got rid of the wrap around the core support set up

Yeah I know full of fail, but look at the weather I have to deal with

Fired it up today, but lacking the pipework to the intercooler. Just let her warm up and run for about 20min. Nice to hear the sweet tone of 2.2L pushing though 3 inch exhaust. Waiting on my energy suspension bushings to come in, install, then going to finish the hot side that I need to make. THEN off to alignment
