NEEDLE VALVE!!!!!!
ok, i've been having this problem with my car burning oil, so i did a compression test and that wasent it, and i found out that the turbo was leeking oil into the exhuast side of the turbo and it was burning up, so... i rebiult my turbo and that didnt work, i tried thicker oil and that worked for about 2 days, now it only burns oil when at WOT or when im driving and i let off the gas to slow down or to switch gears, when im cruising along at 60mph with the gas down a little there is no smoke, so i figured it was that my oil pressure was too high and i've heard of these things called needle valves, the question is "where the ---- can i buy one"? and i already read the FAQ and searched on the site and i cant find any posts about where to actually get one or what they look like.
my oil line is 1/4 in brake line (no, not the fancy braided type) so i found a valve at lowes . Its just a 1/4 in valve and i pulled the compression fittings off and just used the threads stright off it. The part number for it is A-42..... look in the fitting bins.
mine is like this, steel braided line from the oil pressure sensor-needle valve -brass T-oil pressure guage under hood-stainless lines-turbo. I cant wait to see how well it works, just need to finish building motor.
when i was talking to the guy at turbocity.com he said a stock honda "OIL" pump will never make enough pressure to blow out the seals. if its leaking because of that it wasnt put toghether correctly. this is from a guy with years in the business. just my 2cents

bullshit, ive also read that turbos should have no more then 25psi oil pressure.
who ever said that oil pressure doesnt matter i would have to disagree with, its just that with my car, there is no blue smoke when im pressing the gas a little, only at WOT or when im not pressing the gas at all and i have it in gear. so oil pressure has to have some part of it, it has to be changing and thats why its smokeing
