Re: Need some turbo info.

Basic budget checklist..

Intercooler
Turbo
Piping (Hot and Cold side) and clamps
Manifold
Blow Off Valve
Some sort of fuel management (Tune, Resistor box/Injectors,etc)
Boost controller if you don't want to run off the internal wastegate setting
Downpipe

Might be forgetting some stuff, but a clutch kit from LSD Motorsports would be smart too..

By the end of the week my car will be converted from DPFI to MPFI...will this be enough fuel or will I need to modify more?

On that check list I don't see anything about oil lines...can it be ran without it? That is my main concern as far as installing. Seems like it would be the biggest pain.

check out the sponsors link on the left for stealthmode performance, good quality oil lines... Forgot about them things.

You are still gonna want more fuel for saftey, DSM 450s would work well and a resistor box. At least, from what I gather from this site, since I know ---- about Honda's

Read the sticky about building a turbo kit. It'll answer all your questions.

No there's no way you'll run that fucker without oil lines, you'll get half a block and the turbo will seize.

That intercooler isn't bad at all, Infact they're bar and plate FYI. I'm using on in my current turbo kit on my hatch. I turned it upside down (inlets on the bottom) and put in in the wheel well/front bumper area like a sidemount.

With the MPFI swap I'll have a resistor wired in. So upgrading the injectors is all I need to do as far as fuel. For people who know about honda's....will my ECU need to be chipped or anything? I'll be running a PM6 with the MPFI swap.
