For 100 bucks I'd totally pick that thing up, looks like a T3/T4 from turbonetics to me, probably a little abused, but still worth it.

 

looks very simular to the t3/t4 I had on my car before I put on the big trim I have on there now. Probably a 60/63 T3/T4...and has the turbonetics housings. I am sure they can give you a better grasp of what you have in your possession.
