Default Need some help, car started once, bit won't do it again.

Hi Ya'll,

I've been working on a EK Hatch VTi (SiR) this weekend... Here's the setup:

Turbonectics T304e
12:1 FMU
255lph inline pump
Missinglink
3" Downpipe
Revhard Manifold
HKS Wastegate
stock injectors

After it was all done, we filled it up with some oil/coolant, and fire'd it up. It worked, was running quite nice, untill the CEL was on.
We've checked the code and it went, 4 times long 1time short, seems like code 41 to me.

That has something to do with the o2 sensor, seems logic, cuz we've made the cables of the o2sensor longer to fit it in the downpipe at the front of the block.

So we pulled out the o2sensor, rewired the cables and wanted to start the car again... wtf... ? it wouldn't start.. and the CEL pops up again right away. Seems like no gas or something? So i disconnected the fuelhose at the fuelfilter, switched the ignition on, and fuel came out of the filter, so the intank fuelpump does work.

Pulled a ignitioncable (is that how you guys say it?) and checked with a new sparkplug if it does spark, and it does... so now we really went, like... wtf wtf wtf?!

So... i called my buddy and he told me to unhook the fuelrail and check the injectors, if they are working... so i did that and no fuel coming trough...

What the ---- could cause this.... ?!?!?!

My only suggestion is that the inline fuel pump is not letting any fuel trough... here's the fuel setup:

stock fp -> fuel filter -> inline pump -> fuel rail.

and i've checked if there was any fuel coming trough before the inline pump...

Please help us out guys... thanks a lot.

i put my kit on w/ a fmu this weekend too. it started fine w/ fmu unhooked but when i hooked up the fmu my car wouldn't start, it would go reeeeeeeer, when i turned the key, wouldn't even try to kick over. i hooked the fpr up like stock again w/ no fmu and it started up again. i'm not sure what the problem was i didn't put the fmu back on yet.

My guess: you've put the outlet on the inlet, and vice versa on the fmu.

my problem:
probably dizzy (ignition) broken... it doesn't fire the sparks..

same ---- happened to me and it was my fuel pump had craped out. get a new walboro 255 fuel pump off ebay and get rid of the inline fuel pump. and you should have fuel shooting 2 feet outta the fuel filter at high presure if your fuel pump is working correctly, not just a trickle of fuel like i had wiith my old fuel pump.

unless my fmu is backwards. return line on direct bottom of fmu, additional line fro side bottom fitting to bottom of fpr.

I'm not even done yet. And I've got a walbro. Well worth the $100. If the pump is working but no fuel is coming out of the injectors? then could it be the wiring to the injectors maybe there not opening up? Did you reset the ECU (disconnect the battery) if the CEL is bad enough it may prevent it form restarting. Its happened to me and I had to disconnect my battery and reconnect every time I wanted to start my mustang. Then i found out My COOL chrome longtubes had burned through some of the o2 wiring. Just my two cents.

aight dawgs... hope ya'll can help me out.

facts:

2 small sparks, after that dead.
injectors don't inject fuel.
there is enough fuel going trough the rail.
ignition module has been swappen and tested.
there is NO inline fuel pump or fmu.
ignition coil is swapped.
CEL 43 pops right up, before start

my guess: TDC sensor fuckz0rd?

Let me know guys... i wanna drive this ek...
