Here is a pick of randomstrikes turbo, and its a super 60 right?! so what feature on this turbo stands out that other t3's wouldnt have so that someone could tell by lookin at it that this is a super 60

random-strike's turbo is not a super 60, it's a t3 60 trim .60/.48 just like mine.

The inducer size is a little bigger in the super 60 so you will have to take it apart and measure it to find out... http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=708622

Damn thanks BBKA thats exactly what i was looking for i can take my calipers with me and check the inducer diameter and see if it is 1.830 (60 trim) or 1.900 (super 60 trim) the turbo inthat thread says m11 on it...the guy told me that his turbo says m10 on it?! whats the M## stand for?

all those M numbers are for is the compressor cover... it says nothing about the compressor wheel. The real super 60 flows to about 350hp and the regular 60 flows to about 300... so thats about it. The only times ive seen a real super 60 have been in either Turbonetics super 60 T3s and some upgraded garrett turbo... and ive never seen anything come with it stock

so the m10 designation wouldnt give me a hint as to what it is? im about 95% sure its not a super 60 unless its been upgraded at one point cause the guy said he has the o2 housing and part of the down pipe also..wich tells me its prolly a stock turbo.

Even if it's not a super 60 I am sure you will be happy with it.

super 60's usually have the round tube inducer while the 60 has the flat 2 flange, most commonly from what ive seen.

Garrett Super 60 and a Turbonetics Super 60 are too entirely different turbos. The turbonetics super 60 is a much larger turbo. Garrett has something they call a "Super 60"...it is a .48/60/60 trim. That is what you got. The guy generally gives what he advertises, he just uses the wrong name to label all of his items.
mine was advertised as a Garrett Super 60.

which is .48/.60 as long as i didn get scamed that pic is a "Garrett Super 60"
