i do know that the stock internals have taken 501whp.

If any improvements have been made since then, i want to know about it.

I wanted to run srt4 internals in a 2.4L caravan/stratus block with my dohc head in my eclipse.....

Still hunting for a wrecked srt4. >:D

He has a Boomba upgraded rail and still cavitates like hell, that's why I mentioned converting over to a return system.

22re rail from a toyota pickup/hilux/4runner etc. is return style. Bolts in with minor modification. Use the line for the purge vent for your return line and an aftermarket reg. and your done. Its really not that hard, it should be one of the first mods on an srt, stock stuff is just asking for failure.
