Saabs and Volvos had adjustable wastegates on them.Go to the parts yard and rip one off one of these cars.

you answered my question, so if you extend the rod it reduces boost!!! Mine is adjustable, it's off like a 84.5 pulsar a tb0211 factory rebuilt
