Need help with my built h22 turbo

I am stumped, I have tried everything. I just did the motor changeover and hooked up my turbo kit and my car runs like sh*t. I have been hacking at it for the last 3 weeks, and am about to give up. If anyone lives in the seattle\everett area and would be willing to help me out, let me know. Itztw82@yahoo.com (todd)

setup:
auto race engineering sleeves
JE 10.3 to 1 Teflon coated pistons
Eagle Rods
Balance shafts removed
Balanced and blueprinted
350 head studs
h22a4 oil pan
stock head gasket
E-manage all harnesses
E-01
AEM fuel rail
Walbro fuel pump
450cc injectors

My vacuum is only at 8.3 and I can't seem to find a leak. It doesn't idle very well, jumps up and down like crazy. I am only getting Cel 43 which is fuel. I am so lost any ideas?

You have to have a VAC leak some where. Your VAC is very low. Check EVERYTHING. If you still can't find it try spraying some carb cleaner on connections and when you notice a change in the motor you found your leak.

well I took off my manifold and re-hosed everything cuz I couldn't find a leak. its a little better now. I am going to ditch the e-manage and E-01 and get the AEM EMS, might help.

changing your management wont help your vac problem. did you use a new gasket and some copper spray?

had the same problem with my prelude. My actual boost guage dinky pile of ---- vacumm hose that comes with it was kinked and it read 10 in the vac. mine idle like ---- bogged and back fired and that was because i didnt have reisistors. dont know if that helps. I have a different set up as you but if you have DSM injectors you prolly need resistors or resistor box

its a 95 lude and it does have resisters, as for the vacuum problem I am stumped completely, are you saying my headgasket is leaking I wouldn't think so there 350 headstuds torqued down to 72lbs which is like 80 somthing Vs the stock headstuds, so it can handle the higher boost. For some reason my e-manage is loading this thing up with fuel for no reason. Thats what I don't understand.
