Did your mother have any kids that lived?? They have couplings, one end has a 2" opening the other is 2.5", it's called a transition coupling or reducer... :S

Look what I did here using a home depot "reducer". Works like a charm :6 |

I've got 2.5" piping on my car ..
what I used was 4 mandrel bends, 180 degree each .. and then did some cutting and welding. The turbo outlet is 2", so I used a reducer coupler to go to 2.5" pipe. |
