Need help with Boost Creep issue!!

I have tryed 3 different wastegates with 8psi springs (a 35mm, 40mm, & now Tial 38mm) I have a direct line from the charge from compressor housing to the wastegate. My car always does 1bar(14.7psi) or more. I mean wtf. This is really becouming a problem for me. any insite to wtf could it be.. heres a pic of my setup.. Built B18C1, T3/T04 .63/.50 a/r 57 trim, SSAC manifold, 2.5in down pipe, currently Tial 38mm gate.

uh guys we forgot to ask about one of the most important pieces of info

yeah that's definatly a contributing factor, esp at high boost levels and the gasses can't get out. If you've got a built motor and have big plans you should get a real manifold.
