Need help with atv turbo project.

I wanted to give this a bump. I got my turbo 432cc Cdale running a few weeks ago. tomorrow where going to try to spend sometime tuning it. I have the Power Commander V with auto tune also plugged into a GM 3 bar map sensor.
I am having a little bit of a problem with the oil draining from the turbo, its at a bad angle. But I kinda also think I might be giving the turbo to much oil. I've got 25 to 30 psi with a .063 restrict or. I think its kinda big for this tiny tiny turbo I think its a vz21 but not really sure?

I'm looking for some advice on tuning. The PCV with auto tune only tunes out of boost. It does know about the map sensor but I have to tell it how much fuel to add for each lb of boost per tps per rpm. Big pain. And still wont be tuned right. I really want something if possible, with a wide band and just run it.
It has 2 injectors for one cylinder, I think there 32lbs? Anyways I've got plenty of fuel, I can even talk to the stock ecu to cut back timing. All I really need is something simple to control fuel. Any ideas? I dunno maybe Motty or MegaSquirt? I dunno?
I was told to just put it on a dyno for tuning but I don't want to spend the money on such a Ginny pig project. If I knew everything was 100% sound it wouldnt be a problem. I've had both my other bikes dyno'd but at this point I'm not ready for that with this one.

Thanks, sounds like what I have with the Power commander V. I have a 3 bar map sensor. The PCV, plugs in line of the stock injectors, tho I have larger ones, it also reads tps, rpm. Sounds like I better just stcick with what I have. I was just hoping to find something that was easyer.

its very difficult to tune accurately with just tps and rpm. you need the third variable which is the map sensor based tune. this 3rd input allows tuning for load. if you tune for just tps and rpm then in some rpm ranges at specific boost levels you will run rich or lean. as you go into each gear, the engine load becomes greater. tuning with tps and rpm wont get you accurate results because the map value isnt there and the computer doesnt know its in boost. your boost level will change depending on what gear your in. on my build in first gear at 3/4 to full throttle my vehicle doesnt build full 10 psi boost until 4500 rpm but on the highway in 4th gear(auto) at 1/2 throttle my car builds 1-3 psi boost at 2500 rpm.
if your in 1st gear at 1/2 throttle you may only produce 1-2 psi boost at high rpm but if your in 4th gear at 1/2 throttle you may produce 8 psi boost at mid rpm. having the 3rd sensor input(map sensor) will allow for more accurate tuning.
for the sake of saving your engine i would find a way to tune your engine with that 3rd map sensor input.
