NEED EXPERT HELP!!! NO BOOST?!?!?!
Alright guys, so we decided to go and throw a T28 Turbo on to my B18c1 motor... mounted up fine... I believe the charge pipes are fine we replaced the cupplers last night, and still im no getting any pressure to build boost
... im really confussed.. lol.. has anyone ever heard of.. if the oil feed line is a wee big then it could cause the turbo not to boost?? because i can hear that turbo spool up, just no boost.... does anyone got any ideas or answers/?? i appreciate it thanks...

umm......oil lines have nothing to do with boost.......make sure you have a boost gauge hooked up properly to ensure you are not creating boost. Are you running internal or external wastegate? You probably have some boost leaks.
thanks for all the suggestions .. i like how fast u all are to respond... umm its an internal wastegast.. we pulled on that bar to make sure it was closed.. and it was.. im picking up a boost gauge tonight... any one know how to make a home made charge pipe tester?? lol..
another question.. how do i check if my waste gate is closed or open?? like i pull the bar to the right, away from the waste gate and it snaps back into the waste gate.. so i think thats open right?? so any other way to check the waste gate.. n if its broken any ideas on how to fix it?
pulling the bar towards the wastegate will close the flapper. when the wg reaches the boost level, it will push out to open the flap.
you can hook up a pump to the nipple and watch when it opens. I've had internal wastegates go bad and leak by the shaft and also the seam around the outside. but they still boosted.
This might also be dumb, but you should not be running a line from the valve cover to the charge piping. just making sure. Also, where is the wastegate getting it's source from?

Alright.. ill give that a go with hooke a compressor up to the wg,... umm the waste gate.. i have a manual boost controller, that runs a line from the waste gate to the controller, then to the turbo.. if thats what u mean whats it powered by..
