You only need to hook up the Blow off valve if you are running over 15 pounds of boost or more. As far as the wastegate goes, you just need to weld a small nipple to the intake side of the turbo before it goes into the inlet and run a vacume line there. You dont want to run it to the boost side because that will break the diaphram inside of the wastegate.

As far as fuel managment goes, that is over rated. You dont need that unless you are building a serious drag car, 20lbs of boost or more. Stock fuel system should hold up to 10 lbs of boost just fine.

Make sure you hook up a check valve going to the map sensor though. The ECU will throw a check engine light if it sees boost so you need to have the check valve to block that off. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

;) THANKYOU SIR, VERY MUCH, i really apreciate your help, may i ask few questions ?? ,at first i want to do 2-3 [si, i have boost controller, and gauge so later if 2-4 holds up i will do about 7-8 psi, the wastegate spring is 7psi, do i need to change it to get more psi or do i just mess with the boostcontroller ?

and so i dont need to hook up the boost gauge if im under 15psi ? what justblock of the 2 ports ?

and should i port the hx manifold ? and use heat wrap ?

the wastegate has 1 nipple to hook up hoe, i just hood that up to the controller and from controller to the turbo right ?

and the turob is a HIH rb26 i think, bur rb saomething, is ihi ok ? i think its o a nissan,or probe.

and whats the check valve ? how do i hook up to the sensor as it just has a wire plug hooked up ? thankyou again, thankyou

You need to hook up the one of the vacume ports on the blow off valve to the boost controller, then out of the boost controller to the wategate.

start at the little nipple on the wastegate, that goes to one side of the boost controller, doesn't matter, then the other side goes to the blow off valve, if you have two nipples on the blow off valve, just plug the other one. The check valve you get from a pet store. Just ask them and they will know what you are talking about. Then you need to get a map sensor from an 88-91 civic that mounts on the firewall. Between the intake and manifold you will run a vacume line. In the middle of that vacume line, you need to put the check valve. The check valve lets air flow one way only. You want to block air from flowing from the intake to the map sensor. Blow on it to figure out which way is which. You may want to put 2 or 3 because they are kind of leaky. You want to make sure no boost gets to the map sensor. just put them all in a row. :1

OK THATS HOW IT IS, so i will DISABLE my stock sensor and use this one, and hooks right up, were does te airline go on the sensor does it have a spot ? if ok, heres the turbo i haveis it o ? any tips on it ?

I

The IHI RHB5 Turbocharger. It has a circular inlet flange, and wastegate that is set at 7-8psi.

These turbos are very small, and spool incredibly fast on stock D-series engines ive heard ?,

ok and u said from waste gate to BOOSTCONTROLLER then other side to BOV, so no lines into the intake manifold like theother guys said ?, ad whatare the lines from the turbo , i have just oil in,oil out, and header, air in air out, exhaust right ?

did you remember to put an oil line right on the downpipe where it exits the turbo. if you didnt it is easy. just t-off of your feed line and drill a hole in the down pipe. once thats done the hole for the line and put in a 1/8npt -4an with a .060" restrictor. then you will be done if you do not have the oil for the down pipe it will get to hot and crack. just remember .060 restrictor so that you do not put to much in
