I think its a matter of what your goal is....If you want a strip car, big turbo and a built engine is the way to go...But for auto-x or even just a peppy street car, Slap a small turbo on a stock D, and run it into the ground...If you want more power after you crank the MBC and grenade the motor, Its as easy and changing turbo/mani, a couple pipes, and maybe injectors.
