The BOV hasn't been plumbed yet. Hope to get it done today.

The manifold is a stock mani flipped upside down and then I made an adapter w/ a t3 flange. So yes it is a 2 piece.

doh! i forgot bmw hoods open from back to front, that ic is located right behind the headlight n he could just pop it out when he races for maximum flow. the dp is facing towards the back n isn't fabbed yet. awesome job! my question now is will the hood close with the piping up like that?

Looks good! Don't forget you get to play with the fuel somewhat with the AFM's cog tension & idle bypass screw!

Exactly. I am going to remove the high beam so the air will be flowing directly on the cooler. I had to cut a channel in the body to move the cooler down 3 to 4 inches. So now the hood closes nicely.

You may want your MAF on the INLET side of the compressor. ;)

you don't have to. as long as you face the maf in the dierction air is flowing its called blow through. jeff did it on the kia and johnny did it on the stang.

Re: My turbo e30 m10

Werd.

If you're not running EMS, it's beneficial to blow through an AFM (That's not a maf...). The flap will spring open farther during a transition (richer throttle transition) & stay open farther-easier without out of spec spring tension (If it's not already pushing out of it's movement range).
