What abaz said....nice classic HMT set-up. Awsome man! nice work. paint that intercooler flat black. and its getting air. it should be ok.

yea, its my daily driver. i get around the weather issues by doing most of my driving in the early morning or evening, when its not so damn hot.

im using the dsm 450s with radio shack resistors

I'd probably take the rest of your AC lines off, looks kinda tacky, as well as the wiring for the ac compressor and fans. Just rip that ---- out. I wouldnt go as far as pulling the dash and taking the evap core, just all the crap you can see.
