That's not a Subaru flange.

It's coming back as off of a '98 Isuzu of some nature:

Crossreferrence the compressor wheel, I think you are dealing with some flavor of T25/T28, possibly had GT25/GT28 wheels in it.

For the 700716-5 variant, it comes up as:

PLEASE keep in mind GT-series does not mean baller bearing. It's probably a journal bearing GT28E. Still, ------- AWESOME find for $20. Now, hook ME up with one or two of those for $50/pop, nig nog!
