Thanks guys.
Tell you the truth, I just randomly got those girls. I dont know if I could find more. I know I have seen some others of that chick in the red. But I that was a while ago.

So so hot!

Anyway, there are a couple options for me as far as fuel goes.
But for now I might keep the pocket romulator on sight. I've never done any sort of tuning before, so this will be my first. And romulators cheap! The ecu is like 200 new, there is tons of tech support since it seems old school in the z community.
Then all I need to do is rewire my injectors and find an 88 turbo z computer which pops up on ebay every now and again for 50$+
So thats why I thought I would go that route. Its cheap, seems easy, I have a friend who will be using it soon so I can pick his brain.

But this wont happen until summer anyway, so I might decide on something else in the mean time.

As for the bends. I actually used a reciprocating saw. If you use a 24t+ blade, and dont apply a ---- ton of pressure. It works pretty good. I've gotten pretty good, and half the time I just have to grind the burr left behind from the kerf of the blade and I can weld away. However, some come out a bit crooked and you have to square them up.
Only really planning I do before hand, is kind of sketch ---- out. Keep an eye on junk I'm trying to clear. Basic angle or rad I'm trying to accomplish. And the rest is just ... winging it. Nothing gets totaly welded until the end when ***** lined up. Then of course it warps but... You deal with it.

But yeah, hopefully this weekend i'll get to go for a little rip. Its been mild all ------- winter, and just now its gotten so cold, and we have alot of snow now, I probably wont be able to. I would like to see if the heat distorts anything or if there are major leaks anywhere.

Default Re: My new turbo setup<-- 1985 300zx (Probably NWS!) 56kdeath<-- updated

So here is a bit of an update.

Its been really nice out side, I finnaly got ---- all done. Got it running solid, and ---- it sounds awesome!
It pulls way harder than before.

On my old set up, it was fun. But it seemed to almost peak quickly like there was a bottle neck. I never got it dynoed, so I could just be dreaming.
But with these headers, power is so smooth and it pulls right to the end. I love it, I just have to hope they stay together now. The mild steel portion I made is blue already, so haha.
Here is a little sound clip of it. I just have a shitty sony camera, so the mic sucks and doesn't pick up alot!
Like the incar clip I was hoping would come out sounding like it does in the car, but on the camera, it barely caught anything.

I'm stoked, I love it.
(I was kind of babying it in that vid too, I didn't really stomp on it. So I'll get a better vid soon)

No numbers I would be talking out of my *** if I throw some ---- out. As soon as I am done school in the next week here and I get back to work making some coin, I want to get it dynoed so I can see where I'm at because this set up feels sweet.

I will get some better videos though. Its been so freakishly nice out, I've been having alot of fun.

Right now, I mean I can't believe the difference over this and the last set up. So yeah, once I get some more fuel in there and hike the boost. Should be good Thanks
