My New D16y7 Turbo Set Up (pics)

Been boosted for a couple weeks now, I am pushing somewhere between 4.5-7psi. VAFC says (0.33 pressure)4.5psi, broken out of wack boost gauge says 7. I think I am just pushing 5.5psi cause thats what the Greddy 15G wastegate is set at.

-D16y7
-Greddy 15G Turbo and Ex. Manifold
-HX Intake manifold
-Kteller 2.5" Downpipe
-DSM 450cc blue top injectors with matching plugs and honda resistor box
-DSM 1G sidemount intercooler
-DSM 1G Blow off valve
-Stealthmode performance oil line kit(Great guys and service)
-VAFC for fuel management. Set at -35 2,000RPM+ across the board and -43 for idle. (Runs perfect, but crappy gas milage)
-Testpipe and Greddy 2.25" Catback exhaust
-Slim pusher fan in front of radiator to make room for intercooler
-Autometer boost and a/f gauge
-1.75"-2" charge pipes
-10w-30 sythetic oil

Thats about it, I am pretty happy with my setup, I am hoping to upgrade to a FMIC along with better fuel management. I will get my car dyno tuned pretty soon so I can get my VAFC settings dialed and push the boost to a moderate 8psi. The car pulls pretty good, It starts spooling at 2Krpm and I get full boost close to 4Krpm. The DSM blow off valve sounds so damn good and its pretty loud too. Due to lack of filter on the turbo, its spools pretty loud too.

Questions:
1. Is my secondary 02 sensor ok where it is? (see pics)
2. Why is my autometer boost gauge sitting at 1.5psi when car is off? Is this common problem on autometer boost gauges?

Not bad, but get rid of the A/F gauge because its useless and get an oil pressure gauge along with oil restrictor. Your boostgauge should read vaccum when not in boost, so yours is not working right. Are u getting ur vafc tuned by a tuner or doing it yourself? You'll be better off just buying a wideband o2 and street tune it yourself. But anyway nice job.

Just a little worry about your oil feed line. Couldn't you route it in a different way instead of having it going through the manifold ? :-\

No it does not dip below the fitting, and I am not having any smoking problems or leaks at all, so it should be ok :6
