i like it, whitey bends are hot.

thats alot of damn welding tho.

ps - i think the mild steel will hold up fine for you, its just prone to rust. try out VHT spraypaint, supposed to be good from 1300-200 degrees F. I am using it on my downpipe and it hasnt burnt off. Either that or try Techline Coatings, its like $40 and has to be airbrushed on, but its designed specifically for manifolds.

Naw man paint would ruin it. I live in AZ so rust really isn't much of an issue. A thin coat of oil and heat wrap is all it needs eventually i'll ceramic coat it but thats pricey

the techline coating wouldnt ruin it, give you something strong as a coating under that heat wrap.
