here is the setup from this starting point
Stock JDM D15b STR Cast turbo manifold Turbonetics Evolution wastegate t3/t4 60-1 compressor t3 .63ar stage 3 turbine housing with a t4 "N" trim wheel 2.5" mandrel bent charge pipes made by me some no name front mount that seems to be good for round 400hp 2.5" mandrel bent downpipe and complete exhaust all made by me low boost setup DSM 450cc injectors/ CRX si resistor box, high boost setup is 650cc edge products injectors Chipped ecu tuning with Crome running about 9psi made around 200whp running 30psi ???whp the first 3 pics are what i started with this time. the last pic in this post is how the car currently sits Sleeper front mount Attachment 15964 The turbo that eats babies Attachment 15965 Attachment 15966 Engine is out and everything is getting pressure washed by my friend Todd. it was coming out for everything getting fully built, but i miss driving a boosted car so its in the process of being put back together. after the wedding the engine will come back out for its new parts and the tranny will get an LSD. want my honest opinion? great work on the engine bay. Shitty work on getting that engine clean. Shoulda painted the engine while it was out? -or maybe by chance you have another motor waiting to go in? And have that manifold coated so it looks a little better also

the engine is just being thrown back in cause i want to drive the car again. after i get married(wedding is sucking all of my money) i have plans of shooting for the vitara HP record and that engine will look mint

Somehow this thing actually looks even better in person. I was scared to death to scratch something puting the motor back in. That oil feed hard like looks sweet.
