haha i see, i wonder if you could incorporate a threaded cap, like use a threaded to unthreaded pvc union than put the top nipple into a threaded cap?

why not just put a ball valve in the bottom and call it a day

 

Top has the barb fitting and the bottom has the bolt for a drain

I finally got around to painting them and found that the paint doesnt stick to rtv very well ..so paint them before you seal them

 

Thats the nastiest carpet ive ever seen besides being shades of funk with no oil stains, brown spots , green spots looks like a dog ---- on the floor

 

pics took with cell phone....if you look close parts of the carpet look to have a purple fade also....Looks multicolored but, good thing they aren't actuall that color/s
