today i built the Complete turbo charge pipes, and everything, i test mounted the turbo and downpipe and the block had to be shaved a little bit, about .25 of an inch....so the wastegate could fit.
as you can see it was a mess, but everything turned out great. i now have the complete kit as a bolt on.....no more cutting and modification (excluding the oil pan, and downpipe to CAT flange)......i could of installed the kit, but i rather wait till i have a BOV.
---- oh you can see the OTHER MEMBERS of the family, a 96 civic hatch with a B16A (already started to buy parts for a HMT setup), and a 99 civic hatch, just added the SI grill and lip, the day before, look how clean and fresh the car is......
everything is done here from scratch...we are goin to put the B16A in the 99 civic nex weekend.....but by that time, the 95 sedan will all be ready, now i still have the built D16z but i want to test run the turbo on the DX engine, first...before i throw it on the D16Z...

oh i forgot to mention that this is the red 95' civic sedan (turbo kit is goin on) that i was selling for $1000 on this forum w/o the kit. but i guess no one wanted it at the time, but i got back my senses and decided not to sell.
