My GSR, finally TUNED! wastegate cutout! (Video)
---update at the bottom mangs 
Finally finished collecting parts 2 weeks ago and got a 4 day weekend last week so I went for it.
This is my first turbo car/build and of course all my friends that I help with their cars were too "busy" to stop by and lend a hand or ride to pick up needed hardware so it took me 7 days.
Still not done but it's drivable. I'm only on a super rich basemap right now so I have to take it easy for a week till i get tuned.
Finishing up the charge pipe
New slim fans on both sides
still need to get a dump tube fabbed.
Feed line was a bit short so it's routed over the VC

the ride
After driving today in the 103degree weather the 2 $50 schuck's slim fans aren't cutting it :1. I'm going to get a new slimfan tomorrow that actually pulls some decent cfm's...hopefully that will take care of my cooling issues.
Set up:
RevHard stg2 log mani (gotta have my A/C
)
Precision SC34 .57trim .48/.70
24X6X3 FMIC
TurboXS RFL bov
38mm TiAL wastegate w/ 7psi spring
TurboXS MBC (tuning @ 10psi)
DSM 450's
Right now I have the stock 2" catback bolted on to the 2.5" DP....when I get more money my plan is to go 3" from the DP to a Vibrant flat black muffler.
I would run open down pipe for the time being but I have an 8 month old baby, i'm sure the drone would upset him and you don't want him upset, he has some lungs.

Just wanted to thank I Have An STD. this mother ****** put up with all my overwhelming noobism on AIM and helped me out immensely while collecting parts and putting it all on my car. Stand up guy, thanks dooood.
I also thank HMT...without this site, I would still think N/A VTEC was fazzzzztttt.

Nice work newb stick, looks like a lot of stuff to do in a cramped environment. I know EXACTLY how that is right now.
Those GSR's sound pretty wicked on boost. Now post pics of Linsey getting fisted with "HMT owntz me" on the boopz.
