Re:My F22b1 custom turbo
I dont want an FMIC...friend had in incident with a driver pulling infront of him and messin up his car really bad due to the mods needed to fit one...perhaps one day a FMIC will come...but this intercooler was good upwards of 300+on an Audi A4 of a Friends...and the piping isnt so bad...Its aluminium mandrel bent...and I had it...just used some Diesel connectors and clamps...no leaks...and I didnt care to have someone weld me up pipes...it looks alright...and the DSM piping actually fit perfect with no modding ...if I ever really feel up to it...I will get some custom cold/hot pipes fabbed up...but it functions and its pretty easy to work with and take appart
considering the sections I have with the piping...the SMIC is getting a large ammount of cool air due to the removal of the lower bumper signal on the passenger side...
I could probably stand to make an aluminium intake(or something equivelant)...but...I am full time in school and work 40hrs a week...time is a premium
