Any part that is believed to not work for its intended purpose will be replaced by me. Even now.
Jockobo, nobody is going to ban you. Just because you disagree with me or anyone else on hmt, we're not gonna ban you. And the fact that I'm a moderator has nothing to do with anything. I'm just another hmt'er with alot of posts.
Anyway, feel free to send that fitting back to me and I'll take care of that. I can't see why I would need to make another post after this one. -Steve

You might have gotten a messed up one, or you messed up the thread the first time you tried to force it in, and that might be why it won't work for you. But think about it, there's hundreds of satisfied customers, me being one of them, who had had no problems whatsoever with it. You know that when you mass produce something there might be a few damaged units right? Just send it back and you'll get a new one. But I got to say that the design for this fitting is excellent.

If your keeping it going than stop complaining about it being bumped. Just becuase this thread has turned against with with your contradictory statements and is making you look bad. Definitly send that defective block fitting back becuase I want to see what the problem was.

Usually a product that has been proven many times by many members will be defended by the people who actually also bought that product and knows it works. Many people here come to Steve's defense becuase we have first hand experience with the quality of the product and know that they work.

In situations like these its 98% of the time error of the installer. Did you remember to turn it to the right for install and use an socket instead of a hammer and vicegrips? When you get the new fitting try using only the 20oz hammer for install.

who said i was complaining about the bumps? somebody else was complaining...why do i need tools to install the fitting? that's the problem in the first place...it should thread in almost all the way by hand...i will difinitely send in the fitting because i am curious about the product...it's a really good concept...but i will definitely not post about the replacement unit...i will only email stealthmode about it and that's all...anybody else wanna accuse me of something or call me names?

I've used about 6 or 7 of those block fittings from Craig, and everyone has worked perfectly. I have a few more that I will continue to use on my setups.

Now, I work with parts all day long, and it is possible that you got some fluke fitting of some sort. Because anything is possible.

The last bump.... :ocked::
