My dyno numbers.... untuned.
Something is funny about that civic run, the HP and Torque curves dont cross at the right rpm. I'm asuming that you have a d16 because if that is a B16 that is short by 60 hp. Put your USDM b18 from your teg (if you have it) in there, ---- d series.
Move the VTEC point to 5200 for your teg, look at that gapping hole you have. Then turbo it
good luck with future runs man

Yep, I forgot to mention. The civic is a stock SOHC VTEC set at VAFC default (around 5500). I also realized that I'm running dangerously "lean" at WOT as per my A/F ratio gauge. It definitely needs to get tuned......

But, all in all, that would be less power, if you judged by area under the curve, soo....
^^was thinking the same thing and I'm not even a big fan of VTEC.

what he was trying to say is that you could make the same power without VTEC, VTEC is like having two seperate cams one with a tame profile that lets your car idle easily and get good emissions, and one thats closer to a race cam that only cares about making power. He was saying that if you said ---- emissions, drivability, etc. etc. then you could always leave the big cam on and always make big cam power. But you would need to always be above 5KRPM or so because the car would not make low end power. TODA sells a VTEC delete kit for the B series for race conditions only.
I'M BACK!!!
I'M BACK!!!
Well that makes more sense. I still don't see what his point was in the first place.
