haha, well i dynoed her today... was only at 3 psi. put down 180.1hp and 206.5tq. theres a 22% drivetran loss through my 4t40e tranny which puts me at 220hp on 3 lbs of boost. not ------ bad at all for 3 psi! cant wait til i get my s-afc and even bigger injectors and run 10-12 psi.

wow, this may just be the dumbest thing I've ever heard. do you get free dyno time or are you just rich? sorry I sound like I hate you, it's late and I'm tired.

no, actually i wasted 145 bucks on that ---- too. i went not for the numbers, but the wideband. i was hopeing to up it to bout 7 or 10 today, but that didnt work. turns out my injectors arent as large as thought, so that held me back. so now i have to find some larger injectors and get an s-afc, get rid of the fmu and inline pump and hit the dyno agian. then i should be good to go.

who told you 22% drivetrain loss?? That's just adding hope to those dyno numbers. What can it do in the 1/4?

honda_joe- no, dynotech sold their dyno and are in the process of building another 2. it will be about 2 weeks until they are up and running and i couldnt wait that long. i went to big shots in hudson.

dewme5- the 22% loss is damn near exact for the tranny i have. they rate my car at 150hp stock at the crank. ive done a lot of research, and every stock auto with my tranny i came across dynoed at 118-119 at the wheels. that equates to a 22% drivetran loss. theres where i get that number from...actualy tests, not just a guess. :P
