You forgot about exhaust, I recomand 2.5" at least and no catalic.

Any BOV will work just fine and go with 38mm external waste gate.

yeah ill deff. post pics and i have a 2.5in thermal r&d, with a test pipe, and 1 more ? how would i go with and external wastegate with a hf manifold i mean usually the wastegate is on the manifold right?

Get a different manifold, because your boost is not going to be stabile.

i was thinking about just getting a cheap ebay cast mani, the DSM 14b turbo is a T25 turbo right
