My B16 integra turbo with DSMs - Pics(56k beware)
 

i've completed my setup of b16a turbo. its now fully final and working like gem. I've already taken few untunned runs. and car ran great! on launches my first gear is a complete burnout same is with second :) im haveing fun. :D

just finished painting my bonet to black (a hachiruko style) im using vafc hack with cleaned bluetops DSMs.

Sexy!!!! isnt she??? i thought she would look hot with a black bonet and i felt it right after doing so. i had to cut my front bumper in order to make my intercooler fit :( and still a couple of cooling lines are behind my bumber. Hope it would not give me anyprob

Why is that last engine picture different from all the rest? all of a sudden there's completely different charge piping and turbo manifold, and that crazy blue oil cap is gone! :S

Maybe he got the pics messed up when posting, when I post pics I dont see them until the post is up. anyway that old school 4-door integra is one of the oddest cars ever, although it is pretty sweet.

im still a bit afraid of uping the boost to 9psi as the car is still not wideband tunned :( . dont have wideband yet.
but still untunned is running pretty good. im enjoying it every moment.

how much would the the xpect torque/bhp???
im running nissan V27 turbo with FMIC 450cc afc hack. on 5psi currently! untunned though (pull is still great)

Guys this is my ride upgraded now with 16g, older turbo was Nissan V27 which can also be seen in a pic along with 16g. its all custom made piping and log manifold.

Guys il still facing boost problems :(

Damn...oldschool ride...I'm gonna guess either late 80's Integra or late 80's Accord. Probably add exhaust leak to the list as well...tell us your issues though, we can't tell you anything without knowing the problem first. :l


P.S...Might want to look into a bov as well...

even my bov dosent makes a sound :( like pssssh!!!
All it does is vent off the air thats it. works well but i guess there isnt much boost to make it work. I have the stock wastegate acctuator now and i still can only boost to 5psi. It goes to 7psi but then comes back to 5psi again :(. this is real ----.

I was using the same piping and stuff with my older nissan turbo but as soon as i changed my manifold and turbo boost dropped. Although there is no leak in turbo/log manifold or any gaskit but still boost drops :(
IM STUMPED

PS: i do have a few videos also but i dont know where to upload them.... :(
