lol, there's definately less turbo gremlins than spelling/grammar errors in your last post :P

I'm going to guess that 258ci puts out all of 150whp? I'd say put a t3/t04e on it and it will be good. Maybe a 60 trim T3, anything else will be too small.

BTW is that an inline 6?

yes, the 258 is similar to jeep 4.0's (later early jeeps had mostly amc mills before chrysler snagged the name from amc for jeep) and the amc 232 will bolt on a jeeo 4.0 (25 head for about 25hp, and with one oil passage being drilled into the head for a return i think.

Hell you could probably use the stock manifold and just weld a flange on it. Even though I'm using a turbo manifold for my 280Z. I'm not using the stock flange since I have a T4 to use and using the original T3 flange to mount my wastegate. Thank god I have a TIG/ARC welder under the xmas tree right now cause no matter what. I still don't really trust my fluxcore with that task of welding the t4 flange onto the cast manifold. Show a pic of the engine. I don't think you'd have to make a custom manifold for it.
