paint the steelies gray, or flat black or something. I'd love to have a set of 15" steelies.

I reworked the PCV system and no more oil leak from the valve cover. I plugged the PCV line on the manifold and ran my catch can to the black box. I need another or a multi input catch can to run the valve cover line to it but I just have it venting out right now.

Also installed a HKS air filter.

Also just for the hell of it I bumped it up to 12-13PSi and then turned it right back down. Huge difference in power but my A/F went bad and I'm still running stock head bolts.

A little update on my poor car. I ran into some issues with the Z6 and got a bad case of the rod knock. Motors out of the car and on a engine stand. Since its Christmas I can't spare any cash so I decided to paint my car and later next month start rebuilding the motor.

So here she is. Shes dusty and the hood is really dirty. I left the hood gloss black (it was brand new with brand new paint) and left the sun roof gloss black. I sprayed the roof, hatch, door handles, gas lid, and door moldings all satin black. The body is painted satin Italian olive green.

3 days off work + $45 in supplies + being bored =

Still not done but all that's left is a few more coats on the front and back bumpers and to put it all back together.

Your numbers were not bad at all, bummer to hear about the knock. Just be thankful it's a d-series. Good save on the rex.

Took some day time pictures of her today. The wheels are killing it but they will be repainted soon.

an afternoon aligning panels on there would make a huge difference.

i kinda liked the red wheels when the car was black, but now i think they need to be gunmetal

good stuff. that thing was saved from a horrible riced out life
