do you think this setup will clear the condensor fan?

 

On what car? More than likely no, and if it does it's going to be pretty tight. I'd recommend removing the condenser fan and sometime when you get a chance pick up some pucher fans. If you try and leave the condenser fan in, the heat from the manifold and turbo will probably melt that fan into a plastic blob

No problem. I guess I didn't deliver the best news, but it will help you out later on. If you do remove the condenser fan, your A/C won't be as efficient and will barely work, but if you get a pusher style fan for the other side of the radiator, you'll be back in business
