Hmm, got your pics... Go double check and count all your motor mounts, You should have 2 on the tranny, and 1 on the driverside (near the belts) and then the one we are looking at.

I am pretty certain if you just take that mount out, its gonna make the engine move alot. Just try unbolting it, and you will see the engine move alot. This is why you will need poly urathane inserts, or goop them up..

Actually just take that mount off, and see if it will fit anyways, see how many more problems you will run into.. Test fits are very important.

Well all sorts of problems have started to arise now. I am really thinking of just throwing in the towel on this one. Looks like I will have to remove the A/C for this thing to even fit in at all. The manifold puts the turbo right on top of the A/C. Well then I would have to run the charge pipes all funny in order not to hit my pulleys. This just sucks!!

Whatever you gotta, do, it's definately worth it to get the turbo on your car! If you gotta get rid of AC, it's money in your pocket right there, cause you can sell the system.

You could also try to use a different manifold..... That's only one part of your turbo system, and it can be configured in so many different ways.

Could it be because I am using a TD04? A guy I am talking to insists that it works and he said it might be because the TD04 is bigger than the eclipse turbo.

yep sure does, The guys at honda tech said I should just grind the block so that it will fit. The part of the block thats stopping me is where a small part juts out where the motor mount swered into so I think I'm about to do that. Any other suggestions?

Yeah right where the motor mount mounted to. I think I'm about to try shaving it. http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=463070 is the link. Dont know If you want to buy everything from me. I'd have to sell for what I paid. Got the TD04 (perfect condition) for 200 got the safc for 220, the injectors were 85, the boost gauge was 50, manifold was 55, and I got a bangin deal on the intercooler and BOV for 15 bucks. The junkyard didnt inventory turbo parts and didnt know what they were. So thats a total of 625 for the whole setup. If you like the price and I cant work it I'll sell it.

HELL YEAH!! Got that ---- to finally work!! It wasnt that hard actually. Had to remove the motor mount and then had to grind out the thing that houses the mounts bolt when its in the car. If you need help with your lude/accord dsm turbo setup I now know how to do it. Any questions just email me. Me doing it the first time took like 13 hours, but if I had known then what I know now it would have only taken like 4-5. Thanks a lot jeff for the motor mount help.
