I would let my friends sign an agreement first...that if the engine blew or something happened to the car while they were driving it...they would pay for repairs and parts...If they back out ...take them to court :P

i never let anyone drive my car except the guy that works on it. when i get tires put on i dirve it in and out of the work bays in the back. i dont let anyone in my family drive it either. but having friends sign and agreement would be cool.

ain't nobody gonna drive my car but me,myself and i.
That friend..i'd make him pay for it.

I don't even drive my friends cars even if they ask me to.
My buddy has a 300+HP CRX,he asked me to drive,i told him hellno..if it breaks down on me,then i'm fucked.

Sucks about the block.

I let anyone drive my car. I really dont' care about it. It's an old POS with a fully built motor and a puny T25.

I just let my friend drive it around this morning. He wasn't going to redline, which pissed me off so I told him to floor it and bang through the first three gears and I want to hear the rev limit.

Everyone who drives it has the biggest grin on when they're done and the whole time they're driving it.

Thats blows. Literally. I'd tell him to install the entire thing. ---- that ---- about helping out. Have that ****** do the who thing. Whats he replacing it with? Did you check out your turbo to see if that's fine and nothing flew in there from the engine? "He" and "friend" would not be in the same sentence if I was you. Sorry to hear about your car.

You live & learn I guess...good luck on the next build.
