My TH350 refused to shift, so i had to let go of the loudpedal to shift. I never had the chance to let it reach max Rpm in second. I got it up to 100 Mph so far.
you got some long gears son... Welcome to the board (fix ur pix)

Just wondering how the carb was modified for fuel.The pic looks like a carter afb?Did the same with my first setup before i intercooled it.
Straight off the turbo into the carb.Trans would have worked better for you if you unhooked your kick down off the carb an manually shifted it.I have that t-350 trans in the truck now an it actually is working out pretty good that way.Just using the modulator for normal upshifts.

These pics are with the Edelbrock 500
It is the same as a carter AFB.
Since my HM filled floats kept imploding I switched it for holley 500 2Bbl. This kept working fine untill the brakes gave up.
For the carter. All i did was completely removing the choke and plugging the holes that stayed open after that. I put 2steps larger jets in the second stage and thinner rods in the first stage.
For the Holley. Also completly removed the choke and plugging all the holes. Also converted the 50cc acc pump to 30cc( was a little to big for a 267)

I saw the 8 Turbo 57 chevy on the sema this year.

@Abaz
I send you the pics
It was pretty fast 0-60 in 7ish seconds.
Most the time went by waiting for the boost to come in @2200 rpm.
I do not have HP figures or ¼ mile times.
The chassis flexxed a little and broke my rusty brakelines.
I had to stop with only the E-brake from 70Mph while I was running out of road quickly.

I would have LOVED to see the '57, since that model car is my dream car... Someday I WILL own one, just like every other car I said I would own. Buy a "beater" (which can be found around here for about 2 G's and up, and fix it all up nice and purdy. I don't believe I would never turbo it tho - maybe just juice it for kicks.
