missing piece from wastegate

Default missing piece from wastegate

Sorry if this should be in force induction form.

I bought a used ssac manifold and wastegate and found out that its missing a round piece that attact under the wastegate.
Would it be ok to install it without that piece or it wouldn't be safe?

i have no clue, would it hurt if i run without it?
is there any place around town that sells somthing similar to it that i can used?
