Forced Induction Custom FI Setup Questions

missing link problems

Default missing link problems

Ok the problem i have is that i put on a missing link and the car will die as soon as i put it in gear. I've replaced the O rings and it still does it. Why My turbo set up is very simple t25 with fuel pressure regulater stock injectors turbo header. basic bolt on parts. any help would help me alot. thanks

i dont know much about missing links but dont they have to be tuned just like chipped ecu's?

No, the missing links don't have to be tuned, thier a unit that bleeds off boost that the MAP might see. Maybe it's letting too much out and the MAP isn't seeing enough. With it off does the car run okay ? If so that i would say that you have a bad one.

Dont think they need to be tuned they work like check valves from what i've read.

Yes the car runs fine with it off. Never heard of one that would bleed off to much. thats crazy. but i guess its possable. thanks
